Near the top is a very steep pitch and near the upper walls of the home are a lower pitch though still fairly steep.

A simple roof design shaped like an inverted v. The sloped roof on this modern house. It may consist of a flat roof on top but the main design element is the multi pitch sloped in what is essentially a hip roof on top of another hip frame. The hip roof also referred to as a hipped roof is asymmetrical rectangular construction with two hips meeting at either end with four sloping uniform sides meeting at a single peak.
